深圳市南山区和大鹏区溃疡性结肠炎患者血浆同型半胱氨酸、叶酸及肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨深圳市溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者中血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸(FA)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的改变及其临床意义。方法采用直接化学发光法检测深圳市南山区和大鹏区三家医院门诊和住院56例UC患者和60名健康对照人群血浆Hcy水平,并应用ELISA方法检测血浆FA和TNF-α水平。结果 UC患者中血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);血浆Hcy水平与UC病情分级和病变范围均无关(P>0.05)。中度和重度UC患者中血浆FA水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);血浆FA水平与UC病情分级无关(P>0.05)。UC患者中血浆TNF-α水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α水平和UC病情分级呈正相关。结论 UC患者血浆Hcy和TNF-α水平明显高于正常人,FA水平则低于正常人,这些可能共同参与了UC的发生和发展。 Objective To investigate the levels of plasma homocysteine (Hey) , folic acid (FA) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and their clinical significance in ulcerative colitis (UC) in Shenzhen city. Methods The plasma Hey levels of 56 cases of UC patients and 60 healthy controls who were collected from three hospitals of Shenzhen city were detected by direct chemiluminescence, plasma FA and TNF-α levels were detected by ELISA assay. Results The level of plasma Hcy in patients with UC was higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The level of plasma Hcy was not related to lesion range and disease classification of UC (P 〉 0.05 ). The level of plasma FA in moderate and severe UC was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no association between the level of plasma and disease classification of UC (P 〉 0.05 ). The level of plasma TNF-α in UC group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05) , TNF-α level was positively related to disease classification of UC. Conclu- sion The levels of serum Hey and TNF-α are significantly higher in UC patients than those in the normal controls. The level of FA is lower in UC patients than taht in the normal controls. These may be involved in the occurrence and devel- opment of UC.
