PTT酯化废水中主要副产物烯丙醇和丙烯醛的定性及定量分析

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the main by-product allyl alcohol and acrolein in the PTT esterification wastewater

以丙酮和正丙醇作为参照物,采用气相色谱仪对PTT酯化废水中的主要副产物烯丙醇和丙烯醛进行了定性分析。并采用水分测定仪通过间接方法对进行了定量分析。结果表明,废水中主要副产物烯丙醇的质量分数为1.78%,丙烯醛的质量分数为0.04%。

Taking acetone and n-propanol as reference, qualitatively analyzed the main by-product allyl alcohol and aerolein in the FFF（ polyethylene terephthalate） esterification wastewater using the gas chromatograph. And quanti- tatively analyzed the two main by-products in the PTT esterification wastewater using the moisture analyzer by indi- rect methods. Analysis results showed that the main by-product mass fraction of the wastewater is： allyl alcohol： 1.78%, acrolein ： 0. 04%
