摘要
以PTT,回收PET瓶片为基材树脂,通过添加玻纤、阻燃剂,增韧剂等制备出无卤阻燃增强PTT/回收PET瓶片复合材料,研究了阻燃剂,增韧剂以及回收PET瓶片对复合材料的性能的影响。结果表明,在复合材料中,随着回收PET瓶片含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度先增加,当质量分数达到20%后略有降低,复合材料的缺口冲击强度则随着回收PET瓶片含量的增加逐步降低;无卤红磷阻燃剂质量分数为15%,复合材料的阻燃性能达到UL94-V0,复合材料具有良好的成型加工性和综合性能。
It introduced the halogen free and flame retardant reinforced PTT/recycled PET bottle flakes composites which is produced by PTT/recycled PET bottle flakes basic resin added with glass fiber, flame retardant agent and toughening agent. The influence effects of those materials on the properties of composites were investigated. The re- suits showed that the tensile strength of composites was first improved with the increase of content of recycled PET bottle flakes. But when its mass fraction reached 20%, the tensile strength of the composites was decreased slight- ly. With the increase of mass fraction of recycled PET bottle flakes, the notch impact strength of the composites was decreased gradually. When the mass fraction of halogen free red phosphorus flame retardant agent reached 15%, the flame retardant property of composites reached Grade UL94-V0. The composites showed good molding process- ing and comprehensive properties.
