摘要 [目的]建立一种高效液相色谱法测定20%氟吗啉·氟啶胺悬浮剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水(体积比82∶18)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,以240 nm为检测波长,对试样中氟吗啉和氟啶胺进行液相色谱分离测定。[结果]氟吗啉和氟啶胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9996,标准偏差分别为0.027、0.029,变异系数分别为0.26%、0.28%;平均回收率分别为99.77%、99.84%。[结论]该方法具有准确、快速、分离效果好的特点。适用于制剂中有效成分的定量分析。 [Aims] The quantitative analysis method for flumorph, fluazinam 20% SC was established. [Methods] The separation and determination of flumorph and fluazinam in the samples were conducted by HPLC with the mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase (82:18, by vol) at the flow rate of 1 mL/min at 240 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients for flumorph and fluazinam were 0.9998 and 0.9996, the standard deviations were 0.027 and 0.029, the variation coefficients were 0.26 and 0.28%, and the average recoveries were 99.77 and 99.84%, respectively. [Conclusions] This method has the features of accurate, fast and good separation effect, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of active ingredients in preparation.
