摘要
[目的]明确新型三唑类药剂丙硫菌唑对番茄叶霉病的防治效果。[方法]进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。[结果]83%丙硫菌唑原药对番茄叶霉病菌具有良好的抑制效果,其活性明显高于95%苯醚甲环唑原药,40%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂100、200、400 mg/L对番茄叶霉病的防效分别为75.9%、85.1%、88.4%,显著高于对照药剂10%苯醚甲环唑可分散粒剂(61.3%)、40%氟硅唑EC(41.5%)和70%甲基托布津WP(10.4%)。[结论]40%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂对番茄叶霉病具有良好的防治效果,且对番茄生长安全,对环境和非靶标生物无不良影响,可作为一个很好的防治番茄叶霉病的替代品种。
[Aims] The study aims to confirm the efficacy of prothioconazole, a new triazole pesticide, against tomato leaf mould. [Methods] The indoor toxicity test on tomato leaf mould was assessed by the methods of flat growth restraint and one of formulations was studied against the disease in field. [Results] The results showed that prothioconazole 83% possessed good antibacterial effect against Fulvia fulva, better than difenoconazole 95%. The efficacy of prothioconazole 40% SC could control tomato leaf mould effectively at the concentration of 100(75.9%), 200 (85.1%),400 (88.4%), which was significantly higher thandifenoconazole 10%WGat 100mg/L (61.3%), flusilazole 40% EC at 100 mg/L (41.5%) and thiophanate-methyl 70% WP at 800 mg/L (10.4%) in field trail. [Conclusions] Prothioconazo140% SC possessed good efficacy against tomato leaf mould. It was safe to tomato growing, environment and non-target organisms at the test concentration, and siutable to control tomato leaf mould as a good alternative fungicide.
