缺血性脑卒中和阿尔兹海默症的转化医学研究 被引量:9

摘要 脑卒中和阿尔兹海默病是全球发病率、病死率、致残率高的重大疾病。研究主要集中在缺血性卒中的脑免疫炎症机制及其转化医学,缺血性卒中个体化抗栓治疗、改善脑侧支循环治疗等。文中就有关脑卒中和阿尔兹海默病的基础、转化与其临床的相关研究作一报道。 Stroke and Alzheimer's disease (AD) are the catastrophic diseases leading to the high incidence rate, morbidity and mortality around the woad. We mainly focus on investigating the mechanisms of brain immune inflammatory in ischemic stroke and the relevant translational medicine research, the individualized antithrombotic treatment and the improvement of cerebral collateral circula- tion. Meanwhile, we also demonstrate the effects of drugs targeting A-beta mediated pathology, structural and functional imaging and molecular markers for early diagnosis and the clinical translation in AD.
