摘要
在胚胎生长和行为发育的过程中,印记基因起到了关键的调控作用,往往是潜在的癌基因或者抑癌基因。而肿瘤是由于异常的细胞生长而导致的一类疾病,其特征是遗传变异和表观遗传改变,如DNA序列的突变和DNA甲基化。基因印记一旦发生错误,将扰乱个体的生长和发育,导致遗传性疾病,甚至可引发恶性肿瘤。文中就印记基因调控肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。
Imprinted genes play a key role in regulating embryonic growth and behavior development, and they tend to be potential oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes. Neoplasm is a disease resulting from abnormal cell growth, which is characterized by genetic variation and epigenetic changes, such as DNA sequence mutation and DNA methylation. Once the genetic imprinting is in error, it will disrupt the growth and development of the individual, lead to genetic diseases, and even bring about malignant tumor. This paper outlines the advances in the studies of imprinted gene network regulation in tumor.
