甲状旁腺功能减退症的治疗现状

Management of hypoparathyroidism: Current status

甲状腺癌的患者日益增多,使甲状腺术后永久性甲状旁腺功能减退症的患者数亦增加。低钙症状是甲状旁腺功能减退症患者的主要临床表现,严重影响患者生活质量甚至威胁生命。目前尚没有一种稳定、安全、长期有效且经济的治疗方法可以应用于临床。文中就药物治疗、外科治疗、干细胞诱导分化治疗、基因治疗等4个方面对目前甲状旁腺功能减退症的治疗方法、疗效和相关研究作一阐述。

Along with the increasing incidence of thyroid carcinoma, the number of eases of permanent post-thyroidectomy hypo- parathyroidism is on the rise. Hypocalcemia is a major clinical feature of hypoparathyroidism, which severely affects the patients＂ quality of life or even threatens their lives. Hitherto there has been no stable, safe, long-term effective, and economical strategy for the treatment of thyroidectomy-induced permanent hypoparathyroidism. In the perspective of medication, surgery, stem cell induction and differentiation, and gene therapy, this review presents a general picture of current treatment strategies, therapeutic effects, and relevant studies of hypoparathyroidism.
