摘要
以206名特殊教育教师为被试,采用问卷调查法,考察特殊教育教师工作投入状况及其与情绪智力的关系。结果表明:(1)男特教教师在工作投入及其活力维度上得分均显著高于女特教教师,但在奉献维度上得分显著低于女特教教师;已婚教师在活力维度上的得分显著低于单身特教教师,但在奉献维度上得分显著高于单身特教教师;2年及以下教龄特教教师在工作投入及其活力和奉献两维度上的得分均显著高于其他教龄组特教教师。(2)特教教师情绪智力各维度与工作投入各维度显著正相关。(3)特教教师总体情绪智力及其各维度均对工作投入有显著的正向预测力。
The present study, by surveying 206 special education teachers with questionnaires, aims to ex-plore special school teachers' work engagement, and its relationship with their emotional intelligence. The results show the following: (1) Tile male special school teachers scored significantly higher on work engagement and vig- or, but significantly lower on dedication, than their female counterparts; the married special school teachers scored significantly lower on vigor, but significantly higher on dedication, than the single special school teachers; the special school teachers with two or not more than two years of teaching experience scored significantly higher on work engagement, vigor and dedication than the other special school teachers; (2) there was a significantly positive correlation between the special education teachers' emotional intelligence and their work engagement; and (3) the special education teachers' general emotional intelligence could help significantly and positively pre- dict their work engagement.
