香港高校图书馆特色馆藏建设与服务调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Construction and Service of the Special Collections of University Libraries in Hong Kong

基于对香港高校图书馆特色馆藏建设与服务的调查,从特色馆藏资源的揭示及栏目设置、构成、特征、建设中的捐助及合作等方面分析了特色馆藏的建设现状,从服务设施、服务对象、服务内容、服务规则等方面分析了特色馆藏的服务现状。继而归纳出对我国大陆地区高校图书馆特色馆藏建设与服务的启示:重视特色馆藏资源的遴选、重视实体型特色馆藏资源推介、重视特色馆藏建设中的合作、重视提升特色馆藏的利用率、在版权允许范围内开展特色馆藏服务。

Based on the investigation on the status of the construction and service of special collections of university libraries in Hong Kong, this paper not only analyses the construction status of special collections from such aspects as special collection resources description and columns setup, special collection resources composition, characteristic of special collections, and contributions and cooperation, but also analyses the service status of special collections from such aspects as service facilities, service objects, service contents, and service rules. Hence, the enlightenments for university libraries in main-land China are summarized as followed： paying attention to selecting special collection resources, paying attention to promoting phisical special collections, attaching importance to cooperation in the construction of special collections, paying attention to improve the utilization rate of special collections, and conducting services under the copyright permission. 16 refs.
