煤的哈氏可磨性指数测定影响因素研究

Study on the influencing factors of determination of Hardgrove grindability index of coal

结合煤的哈氏可磨性指数测定原理及测定步骤,从煤样制备方法、煤样的水分、哈氏可磨性指数测定仪的校准、哈氏可磨仪的操作等方面研究煤的哈氏可磨性指数测定的影响因素。研冤结果表明:煤样制备方法及样品的出样率、不同变质程度煤样的水分含量、哈氏可磨性指数测定仪的定期校准是影响煤的哈氏可磨性指数测定结果可靠性的重要因素,同时指出哈氏可磨仪的不规范操作会影响煤的哈氏可磨性指数测定结果的准确度,建议应依照相关国家标准严格检测煤的哈氏可磨性指数,以保障煤的哈氏可磨性指数测定结果的准确性。

Combined with the determination principles and steps of Hardgrove grindahility index of coal, influencing factors of the measurement of Hardgrove grindability index of coal were studied from aspects such as method of coal sample preparation, moisture of the coat sample, calibration and operation of Hardgrove grindability index measuring instrument, and so on. The results showed that, the method of coal sample preparation, sample rate of the coal, moisture of different ranks of the coal, regular calibration of Hardgrove grindability index measuring instrument were the important factors which had an influence on the accuracy of determination results of Hardgrove grindability index. At the same time, it is pointed out that nonstandard operation of Hardgrove grindability index measuring instrument could have an influence on the accuracy of the measurement results of the determination of Hardgrove grindability index. In order to ensure the accuracy of the results, it is suggested that the test of Hardgrove grindability index of coal should be strictly detected according to the relevant national standards.
