焦化洗油制备高效水煤浆添加剂研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于低阶煤表面性质及结构特点,以焦化洗油为主要原料,设计并合成一种高效水煤浆添加剂。采用单因素法对磺化温度、磺化时间、缩合温度、缩合时间等主要合成工艺参数进行研究,通过成浆性试验确定最优合成条件,并与萘系高效水煤浆添加剂进行对比,探讨洗油用于合成高效水煤浆添加剂的可行性及优势。结果表明:在磺化温度为155℃、磺化时间为3 h、缩合温度为105℃、缩合时间为6 h条件下的合成产物,其分散性能与萘系添加剂相当,且其成本大幅度降低,即合成的洗油系高效水煤浆添加剂具有明显的市场应用价值。 Based on the surface property and structure characteristics of low rank coal, and using coking washing oil as the mare raw material, a new type of high efficient coal water mixture additives was designed andsynthetized. Using the single factor method, the main synthetizing process parameters like sulfofication temperature, sulfofication duration, condensation temperature andcondensation duration were researched, moreover, through the slurry ability test, the optimal synthetizing conditions was determined, the comparison with the naphthalene high efficient coal water mixture additives was done, and then the feasibility and advantages of using coking washing oil to do the preparation of high efficient coal water mixture additives were discussed. The result showed that: when the sulfofication temperature was 155 ℃, sulfofication duration was 3 h, condensation temperature was 105 ℃ and condensation duration was 6 h, the synthetizing product had the same dispersing performance with the naphthalene additives, but the cost had been reduced sharply, so we could see that the synthetizing washing oilwasthe high efficient coal water mixture additives and it had obvious market application value.
