摘要 简析了捣固炼焦技术的配煤方案及配合煤性质,并结合配煤方案对配合煤炼焦所得焦炭的质量进行分析,探讨了捣固炼焦对气孔率、冷态强度的影响,并结合煤预热炼焦技术、共炭化技术的分析研究,探讨炼焦行业节能减排技术工艺的发展方向,建议推广应用大型焦炉、干熄炉、煤调湿等先进炼焦技术。 The coal blending plan and coal blending property of tamping coking technology were introduced, combining with coal blending plans, the quality of coke from coal blending coking was analyzed, how the tamping eoking affected the porosity and cold strength was discussed, and combining with research and analysis on coal pre-heating coking technology and co- carbonization technology, the developing direction of technology of energy saving and emission reduction in coking yield was discussed. Some advanced coking technologies like large-scale coke oven, dry coke quenching, coal humidity control should popularized.
