Optimization of Extraction Process for Herba Ephedrae from Ma Jing Granule Based on Pharmacodynamics Study

摘要 目的优选麻黄最佳提取溶剂和提取方法。方法以麻黄提取物中麻黄碱含量为指标,考察水煎法、乙醇回流提取法的提取率,并结合药效学实验进行提取溶剂和提取方法的优选。结果麻黄醇提提取率为68.39%,水提提取率为62.16%,小鼠止咳、祛痰药效学实验2种工艺均有显著效果,麻黄水提方法祛痰效果更佳。结论水提方法生产更加经济简便,最终采用水提方法。 Objective To optimize the extraction solvent and extraction method of Herba Ephedrae. Methods With the content of ephedrine of Herba Ephedrae extract as indexes,we investigated the extraction rate of the methods of water decoction and alcohol reflux extraction, and optimized the extraction solvent and extraction method by pharmacodynamics experiment. Results The yield of alcohol reflux extraction for Herba Ephedrae was 68.39 %,and that of water decoction was 62.16 %. Mice cough-relieving test and sputum-dispelling test showed that the extract of Herba Ephedrae by the two extraction methods had positive efficacy,and the expectorant effect of the extract obtained by water decoction was better. Conclusion The water decoction method is practical and convenient, and is recommended for the extraction of Herba Ephedrae.
