老年精神科病房意外风险因素及防范措施

Unexpected risk factors and preventive measures in senile psy- chiatric ward

目的探讨老年精神科病房的意外风险因素，提出相应的护理管理对策及防范措施。方法对18例老年精神病患者发生意外事件的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年精神病患者意外风险因素主要有跌倒、坠床、烫伤、误吸、误食、噎食、窒息、压疮、自伤自弃、冲动伤人、外逃、走失、多服药、漏服药、药物反应、交叉感染等。结论加强风险防范意识，提高鉴别和化解风险的能力，做到预防为主，保证患者的安全。

Objective To explore the unexpected risk factors in senile psychiatric ward and put forward relative nursing supervision countermeasures and preven-tive measures. Methods Retrospective analyses of clinical data were carnea out in 18 senile mental patients who developed accident events. Results The main unexpected risk factors in senile mental patients were falling, falling down from bed, burn, aspiration, mistaken eating, chokes, asphyxia, pressure sore,self-inflicted wound and self-abandon, impulsion and attacking person, escaping, loss, overdose, missed drug, drug reaction, mixed infection and so on. Conclusion Risk preventive consciousness should be en- hanced, the ability of identification and precluding risk boosted, and prevention is first to ensure patients＇ safety.
