In the security work,controlling the complex terrain is a major problem the security force confronts. The development of unmanned aerial vehicle（ UAV） technology,photograph technology and GPS（ or the Big Dipper）navigation technology provide a reliable technical support for solving this problem. The application of the UAV ＋ reconnaissance technology helps effectively solve the problem of controlling the commanding height in the complex terrain.
