浅谈苏里格气田老井开窗侧钻水平井技术

BRIEF TALK ON SIDETRACK HORIZONTAL WELL TECHNOLOGY IN SULIGE GAS FIELD OLD WELLS

苏里格气田属于"低压、低渗、低丰度"的三低气藏,单井控制储量低,产量递减快。苏里格气田的开发,大部分区块已经进入稳产中期阶段,部分井由于水淹,套管破损变形而停产,部分井由于产能衰竭,处于间开或关井状态,给气田的稳产能力提出了极大的考验。文章通过浅析老井侧钻的关健技术,优选侧钻方式,对钻完井工艺技术和改造技术提出一些见解,为提高苏里格气田老井开窗侧钻速度、降低成本提出技术对策。

The Sulige gas field is a kind of gas reservoir with the characteristics of 'low pressure,low permeability and low abundance'. The controlled reserves for a single well is low and the production decline is rapid. Most of the blocks have been in the middle stable stage in Sulige gas field. Some wells are shut down due to flooding and damaged casing deformation,and part of wells are in intermittent production pattern due to capacity failure,which put great challenges to the production stabilization of Sulige gas field. The key technologies of sidetrack in old wells are analyzed,the sidetracking way is optimized and some drilling and completion technologies and transformation technologies are put forward in this article,which may provide technology strategies for improving sidetracking speed of old wells and reducing the cost.
