爆压酸化技术在中国海上低渗油田适应性分析 被引量:30

摘要 中国海上存在大量的低渗油田处于待开发状态,油气储量大,动用程度低,它是未来海上油田油气接替的重要组成部分。目前海上低渗透油田的增产措施技术手段非常有限,海上平台受到空间限制,部分储层还存在厚度薄、边底水活跃的特征,水力压裂等低渗透油藏改造措施也难以实施;常规的酸化措施改造力度弱,酸液很难注入地层,导致酸化效果不理想。通过大量、深入的研究及论证,爆燃压裂酸化是一种低渗油藏储层改造技术,它适合于海上油田特殊油藏、平台条件,工艺简单,安全可靠,在中国海上油田LF13-1油田26H井进行首次应用,作业前该井由于产量较低,长期处于关井状态,作业后产液量为127 m3/d,目前已累增油1 237 m3,增产效果十分显著,在中国海上低渗油田具有广泛应用前景。 There is massive low permeability oil field with large reserves but low producing degree existed in China offshore to be developed. Obviously,it will be a significant component of oil and gas replenishment on the offshore oil field in the future.Actually,well stimulation technology of the low permeability offshore oil field is restricted cause of the offshore platform space limitation,thin thickness of reservoir,active edge and bottom water. Based on these characteristics,it is difficult to implement the low permeability oil field reconstruction methods such as the hydraulic fracturing technology and so on. Unfortunately,normal acidizing technology is not easy to reconstruct,because it is hard to inject the acidizing fluid into formation,resulting in bad acidizing effect. By extensive research,it is proved that deflagrate fracturing- acidification complex technology is a brand new method for low permeability oil field reservoir reconstruction.Especially,this new technology is proper for the special situation of offshore reservoir and platform cause of its simple and safety progress,also this technology has a broad application prospect.
