区域经济学硕士研究生创新能力培养探究——以广西大学为例

To Explore the Training of Regional Economics Graduate student'Innovation Ability——Taking Guangxi University as an Example

基于广西北部湾经济区发展现状以及对创新型高级人才的现实需求,以广西大学为例,分析了传统的区域经济学硕士研究生培养模式存在的问题,如学科规划与课程设置不接地气,产学研合作教育有待加强,缺乏灵活有效的导师制,研究生创新创业能力不足,毕业后为北部湾经济区服务力度甚微等,进而提出重新构建区域经济学硕士研究生培养模式:以北部湾经济区发展需求为牵引调整课程体系,着力推进研究生教育国际化,构建"政产学研用"合一的创新创业人才培养基地,创新学位论文选题和导师指导方式,完善研究生创新激励机制。

Based on the current situation of the development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic zone and the real demand for innovative senior talents, this paper takes GuangXi University as an example, by analyzing the problem of the traditional regional economics graduate students＇ training mode , such as subject planning and curriculum not to grounding gas, cooperative education needs to be strengthened, the lack of flexible and effective supervisory system, graduate student lack of ability in innovation and entrepreneurship, and little efforts in serving the Beibu Gulf economic zone after graduation, to put forward a new training mode of regional economics graduate student., adjust the course system for traction with the needs of the Beibu Gulf economic zone development , strive to promote the graduate education become international, build one training base combine with political and output and research and applications , innovate the form of dissertation topic and mentor to guide, improve graduate student innovation incentive mechanism.
