摘要
分析了我国西部北部湾地区开发面临的形势和关键问题。按照"政产学研用"紧密结合的指导方针,参考美国麻省理工学院CDIO人才培养模式在知识、技能和实践方面的理念,在对CDIO培养理念和本土化培养模式进行了研究的基础上,进一步提出了对CDIO培养模式的本土化可能出现的问题的思考。新能源产业的复合型人才的CDIO本土化培养模式的实现需要政府、企业、高校和研究所全面密切合作,切实设法把该模式转入本土化,才能实实在在提高大学生素质教育的质量和水平,实现人才培养目标。
In the key period of Chinese 13th five-year plan, higher engineering education plays a vital role in cultivating innovative and applied talents which may help China to seize the commanding heights in the field of emerging industries in international competition. Especially under the background of the development of Chinese western region, reserving large amounts of applied talents with innovative ability for emerging new energy industry in western region is of great strategic significance. This re- search analyzes the situation and key problems of development for Beibu Gulf region in Guangxi. According to the guidelines for close integration of government, industrialization, teaching, researching and application, combined with the concept of knowl- edge, skills and practice from the CDIO talents training mode which was invented by Massachusetts institute of technology, on the basis of the research of the CDIO training concept and the localized mode, we further consider about the problems of CDIO training mode that may emerge during localization. It also holds that the realization of localized CDIO training mode for compound talents of new energy industry needs all--round integrative efforts from government, universities, institutes and industry, try to transfer CDIO into the localized mode earnestly, improve the level of quality--oriented education of university' s students, finally, realize the targets of our talents training.
