摘要
创新创业人才培养模式是实现地方高校转型发展和提高人才培养质量的内在要求。但在地方高校电子信息类专业创新创业人才培养模式研究中,还存在着价值功能及内涵探究不足、运行机理的控制与责任不对称、课程体系与培养模式失谐等问题。应立足地方高校转型发展,加强其培养模式的价值及内涵研究的基础上,加强人才培养模式的控制与责任对称制度、创新创业教育与专业教育的兼容合力、课程体系与培养模式的有效衔接等问题的研究,以此推动我国地方高校电子信息类专业创新创业人才培养质量的长足发展。
The training mode for innovation and entrepreneurial talents is an internal requirement to achieve the transformation of local universities development and to improve the quality of personnel training. But in the training mode for innovation and entrepreneurial talents for electronic information major students in local universities, there exist a lot of questions, such as: the shortage of value function and connotation, the asymmetry between operation mechanism control and responsibility, the detuning of course system and training mode. Based on the study on the restructuring and development of local universities, the value and connotation of training mode, it mainly explores the above problems to promote Chinese innovation and entrepreneurial talents training quality of long-term development in local universities.
