摘要
以北航北海学院为例,对在校大学生现行的预就业(实习)教学环节中存在的管理难点和普遍问题进行了梳理,并对大学生在实习中的一些关心议题做了调查及成因分析,提出了管理模式的优化措施,完善了实习管理制度,引入企业参与课程体系设置和人才培养模式改革,推行指导教师深入企业参与实践,实施企业走访跟踪制度及实习质量评价机制,有效地提升了实习管理水平和实习效果。
Taking Beihai College of Beihang University for example, this paper analyzes the existing common problems in the current pre--employment (internship) teaching management, and inquires into some college students eoncernsin the practice. Based on these, the optimization measures of management mode are presented, as for examples, improvement the practice management system,introduction of enterprises participatingthe curriculum system setting,promotion of teachers into the enterprise practice, implementation of visiting and tracking enterprise system, and quality evaluation mechanism. These measures enhance the practice management effectively.
