本文在对全校网络新媒体运行情况调研的基础上,较为系统地分析了当前桂林理工大学网络新媒体运行面临的现状和问题,通过提出加强阵地建设、机制建设、内容建设等措施进一步提升高校新媒体运行的影响力,对当前研究新常态下提升高校网络新媒体运行路径以及如何提升网络新媒体对凝聚高校教育改革发展的良好舆论氛围有重要的参考借鉴。
