摘要 研究了高压大流量液压系统生产过程中产生剧烈振动和噪声的原因,对液压系统的工作过程进行了理论分析,对系统工作过程中瞬间释放的液压元件的弹性变形能和系统压力能进行了计算,通过反复实践,分别用卸荷阀、电磁换向阀、单独控制充液阀等几种不同的创新方法实现释压,并对液压系统进行了改进设计,都能达到消除震动和噪声的目的。 Hydraulic system during the production of high pressure and large flux was studied and the reason of the violent vibration and noise in the working process of the hydraulic system are analyzed in theory, in the process of system working in an instant release of elastic deformation energy of hydraulic components and system pressure can be calculated, through repeated practice, With unloading valve, electromagnetic directional valve, individually controlled charging valve and so on several different methods to achieve pressure relief, and improved design of hydraulic system, can achieve the purpose of vibration and noise elimination.
