摘要
针对某武器系统初导平台回转半径大、工作范围大的特点,对其方舱壁板展收液压系统进行了设计。通过介绍该武器系统方舱液压系统的工作原理以及设计思想,详细分析计算了液压系统的主要技术参数,并对壁板展收时间进行了验算。试验表明方舱壁板液压展收方式结构简单、体积小、推力大、安装方便、操控简单,可以很好地实现方舱壁板的展收。
Aiming at the features of the large rotation radius and the large working range of the military initial guide platform, the hydraulic system for shelter wall-plate display and collection is designed. By introducing the working principle and design ideas of the hydraulic system, detailed analysis and calculation of the main technical parameters of the hydraulic system, and time for shelter wall-plate display and collection are showed. Experiments indicate that the hydraulic system has the characteristics of simple structure, small size, large thrust, easy installation, simple operation and it can perfectly achieve the goal of shelter wall-plate display and collection.
