Factors Affecting the Outstanding Teacher Training Program

从2007年的"质量工程"到2014年的"卓越教师"都在关注教育质量,强调培养创新能力强、适应教育教学需要的高素质专业化的教师。但素质教育的成败在"大学课堂"。当前大学课堂存在"七宗罪":缺乏创新和实践;缺乏自由和个性;缺乏独立和平等;缺乏深度和广度;缺乏吸引和互动;缺乏生命和灵动;缺乏精神和投入。解决以上问题,需要重构师生关系;还原"知识"的本质;践行"研究性"学习模式;因材施教的同时更要"超越因材施教"。

The education quality has been people＇s big concerns from the Quality Project in 2007 to the Outstanding Teacher in 2014, which emphasizes training the innovative, high-quality and professional teachers who can meet the needs of teaching and education. However, quality-oriented education being a success or not does not depend on elementary education but on college education. There are seven flaws in present classroom teaching in college： lacking innovation and practice, lacking freedom and individuality, lacking independence and equality, lacking depth and width, lacking attraction and interaction, lacking vitality and intelligence, lacking spirit and devotion. To address the above issues, efforts are needed to reconstruct teacher-student relationship, to return to the essence of the knowledge, to explore problem-based learning, to modify and to surpass the teaching way to suit different students.
