灵长类排泄物中荷尔蒙的研究进展
摘要
对灵长类动物粪和尿中激素水平长时间的检测,可以分析和预测动物行为和生殖生理状况,了解内分泌与动物行为生理的相关性,进而为指导人类利用和保护该物种提供理论依据。本文对近20年灵长类性激素的研究进展进行了总结和提炼,从样品的处理方法和对结果的影响、激素与生命阶段的关系、对激素的影响因素、通过激素对动物的生殖预测和行为与激素的关系五个方面阐述,得出了一些具有参考价值和可用的实验方法、结果和新结论，同时对其他脊椎动物尤其是哺乳动物都有重要的借鉴意义。
