差压式双锥流量计研究及实验分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对孔板等传统差压式流量计中节流件对流体压力损失大、小流量测量误差大等问题,研究采用压力损失小的双锥节流件,并结合MSP430智能控制器设计制作了DN50双锥流量计样机。以水为介质采用标准表法对双锥流量计进行了实流标定及测试,测试过程包括相对示值误差分析、重复性分析、线性度分析和不确定度评定。结果表明,双锥流量计在0.5~4.0 m/s范围的测量误差在0.6%以内,同标准孔板和标准喷嘴相比具有较高的测量精度。 Some traditional differential pressure flowmeter such as orifice has big pipe pressure loss and big measure- ment error in small flow measurement because of the throttle piece,this paper designed a double-cone prototype flowmeter based on small pressure loss double-cone throttle and the intelligent controller of MSP430. Master meter method was adopted to realize the actual process water flow calibration and verification experiment,verification experi- ments included error analysis,repeatability,linearity analysis and evaluation of uncertainty. Experiment result shows that the prototype has higher measurement accuracy compared with orifice and nozzle throttle meters,measurement er- ror is less than 0.6% over 0.5-4.0 m/s range.
