摘要 为了对热力膨胀阀的工作寿命进行高效检测,研发了一套基于PLC的多工位的热力膨胀阀工作寿命自动检测系统。它以空气作动试验为检测原理,采用压力控制器统计气压变化频率,从而有效统计热力膨胀阀作动次数;采用压力传感器检测静止过热度值,判断热力膨胀阀的工作寿命是否符合要求。实验结果表明,该系统能够满足20个同时进行工作的热力膨胀阀寿命检测,具有较高的测试效率,静止过热度最大测量误差为0.0003 MPa,具有较高的检测精度。 A multi-station automatic detection system based on PLC was developed to test the working life of the thermostatic refrigerant expansion valves efficiently. It based on the air actuation test,used the pressure controller to count frequency of the pressure changing for counting the number of thermal expansion valve acting effectually and used the pressure sensor to test the static superheat for judging whether the working life of the thermal expansion valve meets the requirements. The experimental results show that the system can detect the working life of 20 ther- mal expansion valves at the same time. It has the high efficiency and detection precision. The maximum measure- ment error of the static superheat is 0.0003 MPa.
