摘要
科式质量流量计能否正常工作,驱动电路是其关键因素。现阶段科式质量流量计模拟驱动还存在众多问题,其中包括体积大而繁重,离散元器件过于繁多,起振速度慢,起振不稳定。该文研发电路针对其问题进行了改进,采用最新集成芯片替代原先复杂繁多的离散元器件,并对所研发驱动电路进行了仿真分析和实验测试。实验结果表明,所研发电路能使振动管以其固有频率和稳定的振幅快速起振,从而达到了设计所需要的功能要求。
Whether the Coriolis mass flow meter can work normally,the drive circuit is the key factor. At the present stage Coriolis mass flow meter still exists many problems in the analog driving such as the large and heavy volume, the discrete components is too wide,slow speed of vibration,vibration instability. The designed and invented circuit has been improved according to the problems,the latest integrated chips were used to replace the original complex discrete components,and the simulation analysis and experiment test have been carried on.The experimental results showed that the circuit can make the vibration tube start up more quickly with its natural frequency and stable am- plitude,which can meet the function requirements of the design.
