摘要
冷氢化装置是多晶硅生产的核心部分,是节能降耗的重点装置。文中对多晶硅生产中的冷氢化工艺做了简单介绍,运用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,对传统流程和节能优化流程进行了模拟,并对传统工艺和节能优化工艺的蒸汽消耗量、循环水消耗量、电量以及投资进行了比较分析。结果表明:采用节能优化流程后蒸汽消耗降低了37.1%,循环水消耗降低了24.2%,电耗降低了53.1%,设备投资降低了1 215万元,节能优化流程与传统流程比较,在能耗和投资方面具有明显的优势。
Hydrogenation plant is the core part of polysilicon production, which is also the key plant of saving energy and reducing consumption. A brief introduction of the hydrogenation in the process of polysilicon production was given. The traditional process and energy saving optimization process were simulated by Aspen Plus software. The consumption of steam, circulating water, power and investment were comparatively analyzed with the traditional ones. The result shows that the consumption of steam, circulating water and power is reduced by 37.1%, 24.2%, and 53.1% respectively and 12. 15 million yuan can be saved in equipment investment by using energy saving optimization process. It concludes that energy saving optimization process has more advantages in saving energy and investment compared with traditional process.
