聚胺页岩黏土水化膨胀抑制剂NH-1作用机理研究 被引量:5

摘要 从黏土矿物水化类型和作用力出发,结合NH-1的分子结构,研究了聚胺页岩黏土水化膨胀抑制剂NH-1的作用机理。研究结果表明,聚胺页岩抑制剂NH-1对页岩黏土水化膨胀的抑制作用包含4个方面:一是强吸附作用,抑制黏土的表面水化;二是离子交换作用,抑制黏土离子水化和渗透水化;三是插层作用,NH-1插入到蒙脱石001晶面中,抑制黏土水化膨胀;四是减弱地层的毛细管力,抑制黏土水化膨胀。并分别通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、表面张力及接触角测量验证了NH-1的抑制机理。用岩心渗透率实验测定了聚胺页岩抑制剂NH-1对低渗透地层的伤害,结果表明NH-1的加入对低渗透地层无伤害。 The effect mechanism of polyamine shale clay hydration-swelling inhibitor NH-I is studied based on the hydration tpes andaction forces of clay minerals and the molecular structure of NH-1. It is shown that the mechanism of NIt-1 inhibiting the hydrdlionswelling of shale clay includes four aspects : inhibiting the surface hydration of clay by strong absorption, inhibiting the hydration andthe osmotic hydration of clay ion by ion exchange, inhibiting the hydration swelling of clay by NH-1 inserting into the 001 crystal planeof montmorillonite, and inhibiting the hydration swelling of clay by weakening the capillary force of formation. The mechanigm is verifiedby infrared spectroscopy, X ray diffraction and surface tension and contact angle measurement. The damage of NH-1 to low-pertaeabilityformation was determined by core permeability test. The results show that the addition of NH-1 has no damage to the low petumabili formation.
