湖北省精神分裂症住院患者经济负担分析

An Preliminary Investigation on Economic Burden of Schizophrenia Inpatients from Mental Health Hospitals in Hubei Province

目的：回顾分析精神分裂症患者的经济负担。方法：收集武汉、十堰2014年5~9月间出院的精神分裂症患者289例及照料者资料,调查经济学指标,测算精神分裂症所带来的经济费用。结果：发病次数是直接医疗费用的主要影响因素。直接非医疗费用的主要影响因素为首发到确诊时间、停药时间。间接费用的主要影响因素为停药时间。总费用的主要影响因素为发病次数、停药时间。结论：发病次数、停药时间、首发到确诊时间等对于精神分裂症经济负担有显著影响。

Objective： To analyze the social economic burden for schizophrenia patients. Methods： From May to September during 2014, the data of 289 hospitalized schizophrenia inpatients in Wuhan and Shiyan city were col- lected. The economic burden was analyzed, and economic cost caused by schizophrenia was calculated. Results： Frequency of schizophrenia attacks was the main factor affecting the direct medical cost. The time period from the fast attack to diagnosis and withdrawal time were the main factors of direct non-medical cost. Withdrawal time was the main factor of ind/rect cost. Frequency of attacks and withdrawal time were the main factors of the total cost. Conclusion： Some factors including the frequency of attacks, withdrawal time, the time period from the first attack to diagnosis, influence the economic burden for schizophrenia patients.
