高层钢结构住宅体系的适用性分析

Analysis of Applicability of High Rise Steel Structure Residential System

通过工程实例,对高层钢结构住宅进行全面的技术性能、经济性能以及环境性能分析,综合评价高层钢结构住宅的适用性。分析表明:尽管钢结构住宅的结构造价高于钢筋混凝土结构,但综合考虑基础造价、使用面积增加、工期缩短所带来的收益,钢结构住宅的综合经济效益明显,且随着楼层的增高其综合经济优势更加显著。

All-around analysis of technical performance, economic pertbrmance and environment performance is carried out to high rise steel structure residence through practical engineering cases for comprehensively evaluating the applicability of high rise steel structure residence. Analysis shows that though the cost of steel structure residence is higher than that of reinforced concrete structure, its comprehensive economic benefit is remarkable considering the return brought by basic cost, increase of usable area and shortening of construction period and such comprehensive advantage is more significant with rising of floors.
