摘要
数字信息技术的发展拓展了读者的阅读方式,这对于对国内高校图书馆员的职业素质提出了更深层次的要求。文章分析高校图书馆员职业道德问题现状,有针对性地提出了高校图书馆员职业道德的建设策略。
The development of digital information technology expands the reader＇s reading, which made deeper requirements for the definition of professional librarian of domestic universities. The paper puts forward the building strategy for professional ethics of University librarians from the analysis of status quo ethical issues of University librarians.
