医用多功能手板夹板的研制

Development of multifunction medical arm holder

目的 :为了解决在电子胸腔镜手术中,由于患者的特殊体位而使得双手无处安放的问题,研制一种医用多功能手板夹板,以方便医生进行手术操作。方法:参考手术过程中医生的操作经验与习惯以及患者体位特点,采用上、下双手板式设计,使用铝合金和皮革为主要材料制作样品,并进行临床试用,以测试临床效果。结果:该手板夹板可配合任何型号的手术床、转运车进行胸腔镜手术使用,临床反馈非常理想,患者在手术过程中也未出现任何不良反应。结论:医用多功能手板夹板安装简单、方便,既保证了患者双手的牢固固定,又减少了患者的痛苦,大大地方便了手术的进行。

Objective To develop a muhifunction medical arm holder for the patient in thorascopic surgery. Methods The arm holder was manufactured with the considerations on the experience and habit of the doctor as well as the posture of the patient, which Was composed of upper and lower parts and made of aluminum alloy and leather. Clinical trial was carried out for the arm holder to verify its effect. Results Clinical trial proved that the arm holder was compatible with all types of operation tables and transfer vehicles, and that there was no any adverse effect. Conclosion The arm holder is easy to install and operate, and facilitates thorascopic surgery greatly.
