摘要 目的 :研究开发能满足大型自然灾害、工矿、交通事故、重大疫情等突发公共卫生快速反应和紧急处理需求的机动灵活、快速展开、功能配套的车载手术室。方法:通过研究车载手术室的功能定位、内部的结构布局形式、室内无菌环境,将车厢内划分为术前准备区和手术区,加装净化、消毒功能的车载一体化净化空调系统,并配置相应的医疗仪器设备。结果:车载手术室功能齐全,设备配套、布局合理,达到了机动性强、便捷、快速、周到的要求,提高了手术的成功率。结论:车载手术室投入使用改变了传统应急救援管理模式,使救援过程从机动性、手术环境和手术平台前移等方面发挥着切实有效的医学救援作用,对提高卫生应急医疗救援水平,提升快速反应和应急处理能力具有重要意义。 Objective To develop a vehicle-mounted operating room for emergency responses for natural disasters, mine or traffic incidents, sudden epidemic and etc. Methods The functions, internal structure layout and asepsis environment of the operating room were studied, which was divided into preoperative preparation area and operating area. An integrated air- conditioner was installed on the vehicle for air purification and sterilization in the operating room equipped with some medical devices.Results The operating room met the desired requirements, and enhanced the success rate of operations. Conclosion The vehicle-mounted operating room contributes a lot to improving the emergency medical rescue in mobility, operating environment and forwarded operating platform.
