摘要 目的 :研究悬挂系统在医疗方舱中的应用技术,提高医疗方舱内部医疗临床使用空间。方法 :针对移动车载医疗车的使用用途及其对医疗仪器操作固定、空间设置和相应功能的特殊要求,分析移动手术车和急救车上电力、医用气体、信息系统链路的供应情况,提出了医疗悬挂系统(定制化吊塔)与呼吸机、麻醉机、输液泵、监护仪等相关医疗仪器一起固定的措施。结果:通过医疗悬挂系统将各种手术、急救临床医疗设备有效整合在一个平台上,展现了医学临床科室实际手术和急救操作环境,为医护人员提供了与在医院中相同的工作环境。结论:使用整体化的布局设计,拓展了车载方舱展开和收拢状态下的使用空间,提升了战时及灾难救治卫生保障效能。 Objective To apply the suspension system in the medical shelter to increase the internal space for medical service in the medical shelter,MethodsThe medical vehicle was introduced from the aspects of mission as well as the requirements for medical devices fixation, space layout and functions. The supply of power, medical gas and information system link was analyzed in the medical vehicle and emergency ambulance. Some measures were proposed to fix medical suspension system, i.e. the tailored medical hoisting tower, to the medical devices such as respirator, anesthesia machine, infusion pump and monitor. Results The suspension system integrated all the surgical and emergency devices into a platform to provide medical staffs a working environment similar to that in the hospital. Conclosion The overall layout design expands the working space in the vehicle-mounted shelter in the state of deployment or withdrawal.
