结核性膝关节炎患者关节液中IL-1β、P物质、亚硫酸盐水平变化及意义

摘要 目的观察结核性膝关节炎患者关节液中IL-1β、P物质、亚硫酸盐水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法将150例结核性膝关节炎初诊患者按照病情程度分为轻度组、中度组、重度组各50例。检测三组膝关节液中的IL-1β、P物质、亚硫酸盐。结果重度组关节液中IL-1β、P物质、亚硫酸盐水平最高,分别为(48.90±9.08)ng/L、(97.78±20.02)ng/L、(9.64±3.70)μmol/L;中度组次之,分别为(35.76±7.59)ng/L、(85.63±16.34)ng/L、(6.85±3.04)μmol/L;轻度组最低,分别为(23.47±5.35)ng/L、(74.35±12.90)ng/L、(4.94±2.28)μmol/L;组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,亚硫酸盐与P物质呈正相关(r=0.752,P<0.05);两者均与IL-1β呈正相关(r=0.690、0.704,P均<0.05)。结论结核性膝关节炎患者关节液中IL-1β、P物质、亚硫酸盐水平均升高,亚硫酸盐和P物质均参与了结核性关节炎的病情发展,可能与二者参与局部炎性反应有关。
