Study of the Cultivation of the Innovation Ability of Undergraduate Students of Public Administration

当前各高校普遍重视本科生创新能力的培养,公共事业管理本科生创新能力的培养有其自身的特点.从公共事业管理本科生创新能力的内涵及重要性、公共事业管理本科生创新能力培养的问题、提升公共事业管理本科生创新能力的途径建议等方面进行了探讨,以期对公共事业管理本科生创新能力的培养起到促进作用.

Currently, the universities pay attention to the cultivation of innovative ability of undergraduate students. The cultivation of the innovation ability of undergraduate students of public administration has its own characteristics. This paper discusses the connotation and importance of innovation ability for undergraduate students in the major of public administration. The existing problems in the innovative ability cultivation containing the approaches and suggestions for improving the innovation ability of the students are discussed.
