独立学院推进专业负责人制度建设的思考

System Construction by the Head of the Independent College to Promote Professional Thinking

本文从专业负责人制度建设存在的主要问题出发,分析其产生的原因,提出解决上述问题的思路与对策,主要包括:专业负责人作为专业建设的第一责任人,在明确目标和责任的基础上,独立学院应提升对专业负责人制度建设重要性的认识,制定和完善配套政策、明确专业负责人的选聘程序和任用条件、确定专业负责人的职权及工作目标和任务,实施科学的考评办法、建立学院学术委员会领导下的专业负责人督察制度、推进独立学院及其各个专业创建科研院(所)促进专业负责人制度的有效建设等,从而让学科专业建设的内涵式发展.

Based on the major problem existed the discipline head system, this paper, analyzed the reasons and put forward thoughts and countermeasures to solve these problems, including disciplive head as the first principcl some of professional construction. Independent colleges should get a better understand of professional director system, establish and perfect the supporting policies, clearify professional head of the condition, procedure of election and appointment to develop and perfect the evaluation system of professional director, implement scientific examination method, establish the institute and the academic committee under the leadership of the professional supervision system, to promote the independent colleges and other various professional create academies to, promote the construction of professional director system effectively, in order to improve the comprehensive teaching quality.
