浅探听课评课制度的完善——以广东技术师范学院天河学院为例

针对当前教学过程中听课评课现状及存在的问题,提出开展集中听评课、比较听评课、随堂听评课等形式多样的听评课活动,使听评课活动走内涵式发展之路,达到切实提高教师的教学能力和教学水平,促进课堂教学质量显著提高的目的.

In view of the present situation and the problems in the process of observing and evaluating class,combined with the author＇s yeas of relevant practice, the paper puts forward some feasible measures, which are expected to be beneficial to the activities of observing and evaluating class. Through varied forms of observing,evaluating, comparing the class, we will make the system of observing and evaluating class more practical so as to improve teachers＇ teaching ability and further enhance the class teaching effect.
