结晶器电磁搅拌对中碳钢小方坯质量的影响 被引量:3

Effects of M-EMS on quality of medium-carbon steel billet

摘要 通过对小方坯结晶器电磁搅拌的不同参数下的磁场进行测试,分析了其磁场特性,总结了磁场随电流与频率的变化规律及磁场的空间位置分布特点。通过验证中碳钢中心碳偏析指数和等轴晶率,确定合理结晶器电磁搅拌参数为电流指数4,频率指数1。优化后运行结果表明,中碳钢的碳偏析指数能够稳定控制在1.05以下,等轴晶比例能够控制在60%以上。 Through magnetic field measurement of M-EMS at different electromagnetic stirring parameters in the billet caster mould,the characteristics of magnetic field were analyzed;and the changing patterns of the magnetic field with current and frequency and the distribution characteristics of the magnetic field were summarized. Through confirmation of the index of center carbon segregation and ratio of equiaxial crystal,M-EMS parameters were determined as the current index was 4 and the frequency index was 1. The results showed that the carbon segregation index could be controlled to less than 1.05 and the equiaxial crystal ratio could be controlled to more than 60% for medium carbon steel.
