电解法处理压载水对锡青铜合金腐蚀行为的影响

Effect of Electrolytic Treatment of Ballast Water on Corrosion Behavior of Tin Bronze

摘要 通过分析锡青铜合金在天然海水和处理海水中的开路电位-时间曲线、电化学阻抗谱及极化曲线,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线能谱仪(EDS)对腐蚀前后的样品进行表面微观形貌及成分分析,研究了锡青铜在电解处理前后的压载水中的腐蚀行为。研究结果表明,锡青铜合金在天然海水和处理海水中的腐蚀行为相似,锡青铜合金在天然海水中的耐腐蚀性能略好于在处理海水中的耐腐蚀性能。 To investigate the corrosion behavior of tin bronze in both natural and electrolytically treated seawater,open circuit potential- time curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization curves were analyzed,and the microstructures and the components of the sample before and after the corrosion were investigated by scanning electron microscope( SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray( EDX) methods. The results showed that the electrochemical behavior of tin bronze in treated seawater is similar to that in natural seawater,but the corrosion resistance of tin bronze in natural seawater is better than that in treated seawater.
