摘要 提出了一种基于机端频率扫描的火电机组一次调频性能在线评价与考核方法。通过广域测量系统(WAMS)扫描频率波动,识别频率波动中的有效扰动及大扰动,定量计算机组的一次调频贡献电量、正确动作率及速度变动率等性能指标,实现了火电机组一次调频性能的在线考核。工程实用表明该评价方法可准确地反映机组的一次调频动作性能,在线考核方式的实现亦较好地促进了电厂侧机组一次调频性能的优化和提升。 A new method is presented to online evaluate and assess the primary frequency control performance of thermal power units, which is based on the scanning of the terminal frequency of generators.By means of wide area measurement system (WAMS) ,useful frequency fluctuation as well as large disturbances,primary frequency control performance could be identified and quantified,such as the contributed generation,the correct action rate and the unbalanced rotating speed rate.0nline assessment could be implemented.Project applications proved that the proposed method could precisely indicate and therefore greatly improve the performance of the primary frequency control.
