摘要
变电站各监测设备的数据依赖统一时钟进行分析处理。现行时间同步监测管理技术方案多采用自定义规约,即便考虑了时间偏差,都是基于通信报文下发传输时延与上送传输时延一致的情况下制定的,达不到高精度的要求。提出一种对变电站二次设备时间同步情况实时监测的方法,该方法通过变电站二次设备自动生成时间B码信号,接入B码对比装置,比较设备B码信号和GPS生成的B码信号,信号不一致立刻告警。其监测精度高,可以监测设备毫秒级的时间误差,为电网故障分析提供精准时间支持。
Data analyzing and processing of monitoring equipment in the substation depend on unified clock.The existing time synchronization monitoring and management technology schemes mostly use the custom protocol and are formulated based on the delay of sending communication message and receiving on favorable.Even if with time deviation taken into account, schemes can not meet requirements of high precision.A method of real-time monitoring time synchronization of secondary equipment in substations is presented.The method needs B code signal automatic generation of the secondary equipment and compares it with the B code signal from GPS in B code comparison device, and alarm is immediately given out when they be found inconsistent. The method has high monitoring precision and it can monitor the millisecond time error and can provide accurate time effective support for power system fault analysis.
