摘要
DW喷淋塔(即双向接触流动洗涤液柱式喷淋塔)脱硫技术在135MW机组得到成功应用,具有脱硫效率高、运行维护成本低、除尘效果好的特点。通过工程实施过程中的再优化,达到了较好效果,优化项目适合所有的锅炉脱硫改造及新上燃煤燃气机组脱硫设施。
DW spray tower （two-way contact flow washing liquid column＇type spray tower） desulfurization technology is successfully used in 135 MW unit.The technology has high desulfurization efficiency,low operation maintenance cost and good dust removal effect.Through optimization in the process of project implementation ,the technology has been fully embodied and good results have been achieved.The optimization project is suitable for all rebuilding and new coal-fired boiler desulfurization unit gas desuffurization facilities.
