摘要
通过分析峰谷分时电价执行后集中节点的母线电压、线路电流,得出执行峰谷分时电价对集中节点电能质量有不利影响。以影响因子和峰谷差率为量度研究峰谷分时电价对电网调峰能力的影响,执行峰谷分时电价能够降低电网的峰谷差率,提高电网调峰能力。针对峰谷分时电价存在的问题,从技术层面给出改善集中节点电能质量的措施,提高电能质量和供电可靠性。建议推行具有时空特性的峰谷分时分区电价,进一步完善峰谷分时电价体系。
By means of analyzing busbar vohage and line current,it is concluded that carrying out peak-valley time price has an adverse effect upon power quality of concentrated node.Taking impact factor and peak-valley ratio as measurers, carrying out peak-valley time price can reduce peak-valley ratio and improve the ability of peak regulation.Suggestions are also presented on the existing issues of peak-valley time price and technical measures are presented to boost power quality and power supply reliability.Peak-valley time-space price with time-space characteristic should be implemented to further refine the peak-valley time price system.
