摘要
国家形象不仅成为国家利益的一个重要组成部分,也是衡量一国综合实力的关键要素,国家形象塑造也成为一国对外战略不可或缺的主要内容。随着"走出去"战略的深入推进,中国海外企业已经成为经济全球化进程的重要参与者,也是塑造中国国家形象的主要行为体。然而,部分海外企业由于缺少协作精神、缺乏法律观念、缺失环保意识、漠视社会责任、无视文化差异等因素,对中国国家形象塑造构成了不利影响。为此,中国政府应注重提升海外企业的国家形象意识、建立明确的海外企业准入与退出机制、提高海外企业对外宣传水平、加强海外企业履责指导,有效发挥中国海外企业在塑造负责任国家形象中的积极作用。
A country' s international image is not only an important part of its national interest,but one of the key elements in measuring one country' s overall strength.Eventually,national image has become an integral part of a country' s foreign strategy.With the further advancement of "go global" strategy,Chinese overseas enterprises have become active participants in the process of economic globalization,and also a main actor in shaping China's image.However,due to factors like the lack of team spirits,legal concepts and environmental awareness,ignoring social responsibilities,ignorance of cultural differences,some overseas enterprises have had a negative impact on China' s image shaping.Therefore,the Chinese government should focus on improving the overseas enterprises' awareness of national image,establishing the access and exit mechanisms,enhancing the level of publicity,strengthening the guidance of fulfilling responsibilities,which is helpful for Chinese overseas enterprises to play a positive role in shaping a responsible China' s image.
