摘要
土木工程专业的专业学位研究生将以应用实践为导向,培养在专业技术上受过高水平专业培训的从事具有明显的职业背景的高层次人才为培养目标。因此,在协同创新的背景下,我们提出了"项目"驱动的土木工程专业学位研究生的创新人才培养模式。该培养模式将遵循以能力为本位,以协同创新为重要途径,依托"项目"教学方式,将专业方向要求的专业基础知识、专业技术知识、专业技术嵌入到"项目"的实训课程中,培养适合区域土木工程行业技术领域所需的高层次的工程技术人才。
Masters with professional degree in Civil Engineering should be guided with application practice, having a clear training objective that the high-level personnel will be applied in the practice-oriented culture in highly specialized technical training with a clear professional background. Therefore, in the context of collabo- rative innovation, the innovative training mode of professional master driven with projects in Civil Engineering is constructed, which follows the competent-oriented basis, the synergistic innovation as an important ap- proach, relying on the ＂project＂ teaching methods , and the professional basic knowledge, the technical ex- pertise and professional skills required are all included in the practical training courses to develop the high-lev- el engineering and technical personnel for the required area of civil engineering of the industry technical field.
